Here's a first for New Hampshire, perhaps the nation. If you were going to rob a branch of a bank located on Elm Street, how would you disguise yourself? James Coldwell of Manchester, NH disguised himself as a tree. Yes, he duct-taped tree branches around his head, walked into the Citizen's bank branch on Elm St on July 7th and robbed it. The bank's surveillance tape caught Coldwell in the act. His foliage was not thick enough to prevent viewers watching WMUR-TV news from identifying him. The police arrested him the following day and recovered almost all of his $1,000 loot. He had no weapons, no one was injured and no pesticides were used in his capture.
