I graduated in '89, which of course means I grew up with 80's music and BIG hair!
I might not listen to it all the time, but I have to confess, if I hear an 80s song on the radio chances are I'm not turning it!
Tell me what songs you like from this decade? What are your faves?

"Keep On Loving You" by REO Speedwagon
"Can't Fight This Feeling." by REO and

Pat Benatar and Cyndi Lauper were awesome, too!
I liked Cyndi and Madonna but I was a Cyndi girl cuz she was sooo unusual.
I loved to watch George Michael videos.
Oh and I loved U2 and the Police. Believe me, I would have stood too close to Sting in a heartbeat/
I love anything by Depeche Mode, People are People being one of my favs.
The first Beastie Boys album was fun and I think that it came out before I graduated.
My favorite song of all time in 1986s In Your Eyes by Peter Gabriel- loved "Say Anything" and John Cusak also
Kevin and I were married in 1992. Our song is "Lovesong" by the Cure.
I didn't grow to appreciate Depeche Mode and Prince until I was in college. As an adult, I love "When Doves cry."
"How can you just leave me standing, alone in a world so cold...."
You are so right about INXS and Madonna! (after all wasn't she the queen of the 80's?) I especially loved INXS' songs Need You Tonight and Devil Inside. With Madonna- I have to say I loved it all- Borderline & Material Girl were big favorites though.
Of course you named some of my other favorite 80's artists as well.
