The Telegraph (UK) reported November 1 that Russia military forces are reported to have carried out war exercises that included the simulated firing of nuclear missiles at Poland.
The story says, "Documents obtained by Wprost, one of Poland's leading news magazines, said the exercise was carried out in conjunction with soldiers from Belarus. The manoeuvres are thought to have been held in September and involved about 13,000 Russian and Belarusian troops. Poland, which has strained relations with both countries, was cast as the 'potential aggressor'."
The story says the Russian air force "practised using weapons from its nuclear arsenal, while in the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad, which neighbours Poland, Red Army forces stormed a 'Polish' beach and attacked a gas pipeline. The operation also involved the simulated suppression of an uprising by a national minority in Belarus – the country has a significant Polish population which has a strained relationship with authoritarian government of Belarus."
Well, such an exercise would certainly be a bit unnerving, especially if you're Polish.

Yeah, they told VP Biden where to get off when he visited trying to build the Obama ABM. So did the Czechs and the Hungarians weren't enthused. Another empty promise made and this time the Euros know it....
If you noticed Putin's actions when he was with Obama, a total disdain fdor him on Television, which he never did with any other President, it shows. THere is no fear or respect from the world towards Obama, he is a joke that they feel is worth very little, and shows how weak America has become. Russia, Middle East, and the corruption in the UN have all grown in the past three/four years. It all ties with the amount of growth in number of weak and arrogant officials we have put in.
We start worrying when the Russians do some multi corp level training ops. Their performance still is not up to par, against the Poles with armor/mech/air, instead of outnumbered Georgians or Chechens with light infantry weapons-they will have some serious problems.
