My new favorite is David Tennant. Christopher Eccleston is also good.
my 2 favorites are
4. Tom Baker (1974–1981)
5. Peter Davison (1981–1984)
Other than that, my favorite is the curly-haired, google eyed one, probably what Steph said, in her first comment.
Christopher Eccleston, the most recent Doctor for US audience, left after one season since he didn't want to be pigeon-holed. His replacement, David Tennant, has dreamed of playing the Doctor since he was a child, so he's probably going to be staying in the role for a long time.
I'm certainly glad to be getting the new episodes via the SciFi channel. Thanks.
The bug eyed look of amazement by Baker locked it up for me.. I miss him.,
And I have seen almost all of them, from Hartnell through Davidson. Have most of it on tape, but Netflix has almost everything available.
