A CONCERT

Right by the little house we are vacationing in here in Sweden there is a lake.
It seems this is the time of year for concerts at the lake, and the musicians are dressed in green, with big eyes. Have a look!


Sitting quietly

Swimming... I asked him to go sit on the board there...

...and he went to investigate. It seems the board looked OK...

...so up he hopped! I asked him to please turn around...

...and after a minute, that's exactly what he did!

Meanwhile, a little further on, one of his friends was resting in shallow water. Notice all the tadpoles? There are going to be many more frogs soon!

How cool!! I wish we had something like that for the kids to see. Growing up in the city, they miss out on a lot of the things I grew up with, tadpoles, horses, cows, chickens, sheep

He's so cute! Such a classic looking frog! I loved all the poses. I almost was expecting a swan dive off that diving board. That's cool how the cycle of life works - I bet soon there will be a whole bunch of frogs to watch.

Excellent shots! I adore frogs. I can hear them singing in my yard every night during the summer. There are tree frogs in the forest behind my house, in the swamp.
