  Adding colour and wit .

Glimpses of wisdom

  Diverted a bit.

But never  directly

Telling it all.

Holding back just a little

Or telling it  tall.

 

Sorry about the layout . Can't get my computer to cooperate. I find your layout rather conducive to the poems tone. Surely this will not always be the case, and I hope when I return to see more "drawings", you've tamed that irksome beastie.

THANKYOU ALL for your welcome and generous comments.I chose a short poem from my diary because I'm not very computer savvy .I'm sure I'll improve with practice.
LYNN,you're right,it's not my first try writing poetry, but it's my first time sharing it. I have many poems which are like stepingstones down the pathway of my life.
