I have made up my mind that I am not voting for John McCain. I am disappointed in Barack Obama's move to the right this summer, with support for government spying on us and offshore drilling, and the pandering "faith-based" initiatives kickbacks.

Still, Obama is the better of the two. McCain must not be President. So, I guess I've made up my mind to vote for Obama, and then watch him like a hawk.

I have voted for Republicans and worked with some that I respect as decent people trying to do the right thing, but I never vote for George W. Bush and I sure as hell am not going to start by voting for I-know-nothing-about-the-economy-so-let's-bomb-Iran McCain.

Whoever wins has to be a two term president. Its going to take that long to attempt to lay sound foundations to recitfy the mess Bush has made out of the last two terms. Thats not going well for McCain due to his age.
