Wow!! Hows that for the most absurd, backwards, response to a good question!

Helping Scooter Libby avoid accountability is showing zero commitment to accountability, just like Dick Cheney and George W. Bush have expanded their powers in every way to escape any and all accountability. This might be compared to the president being asked about his commitment to honesty only to have him site his many criminal deceptions leading up to the war in Iraq.

But does it really matter what he says any more? I mean there is zero credibility to this administration..

It's as if lies were oxygen to these people.

He has the same disassociation quality that a psycho has. Ted Bundy was like that, too.

It would have saved us alot of money and time in Iraq if the Democrats would have voted to drill Oil in Alaska.. DUH----

Listen Buddies, There was no crime ever committed in the Plame scandal, dead issue... It was stupid of Libby for lying, just like CLINTON, he shoud have been proud of scoring a BJ with a young babe and telling everybody like a high school senior, it would have saved the sacredness of the US President.

More so a dead issue since recently released documents show the Wilson's lied!,...so truly NO crime was ever committed,....but by the Wilson's,.....Joe Wilson is the person who talked (leaked)to the press,....he also said he KNEW it was classified info,...but the problem is,..what he released was not the truth.

Jason and Christine, leaking the identity of an undercover CIA agent is TREASON. That is a crime that can be punishable by death. Libby lied to protect the conspirators. The fact that the original CRIME was committed to punish a critic makes it all the more hideous because not only is it a gross abuse of power, but it demonstrates lack of conscience and no respect for the rule of law. The fact that everybody knows this happenned and no justice has been brought about is a serious issue.

Jason, It is interesting that you can equate the cover-up of an act of Treason with lying about recieving felatio and then say something non-sensical like bragging about it would have preserved the sanctity of the Presidency. You obviously opted out of the Logic Course at the community college if you can compare the scandalous with the abominable.

Christine, You are also tumbling into logical somersaults. You claim that Joe Wilson lied. What Joe Wilson said was that Saddam Hussein did not buy or attempt to buy "Yellow-cake" uranium in Niger. This is what he was sent to investigate, and even though he reported that this claim was false the administration told the American people otherwise. So if Wilson is lying that means that these "recently released documents" have proof that Saddam Hussein attempted to buy or bought this uranium.

Joe Wilson wrote his OP-ED article because the president claimed that Saddam Hussein DID do this in his State of the Union Address preceding the invasion of Iraq.

Joe Wilson did the research for the government and the Bush Administration disregarded it, and when he spoke out against it to try to stop the country from going into an unnecessary war, the Bush Administration punished him by going after his wife who was head of Counter-proliferation at the CIA. She was the one who was supposed to find the WMDs in Iraq. Guess what? She never found credible proof. That's no good when you are trying to put the country on a war-footing.

Have you never read the Novak article? Have you read anything about what happenned with the leaks? Karl Rove and Scooter Libby are not the only people to leak Valerie Plame's identity. In fact the first person to leak it was Richard Armitage over dinner to Bob Woodward. It's to Bob Woodward's credit that he didn't report such gossip. There was an orchestrated effort by the Bush Administration to leak Valerie Plame's identity.

Way after the fact Bush even admitted that the information was wrong. He just blamed the CIA for not taking it out of HIS speech which only shows that the President has speeches written before he checks to see if the content is indeed factual.

Joe Wilson and his wife should be charged with perjury.

According to the PDF, all that was discussed was "expanding commercial relations." There was no mention of Uranium in the coversation. To quote Joe Wilson:

At that meeting, uranium was not discussed. It would be a tragedy to think that we went to war over a conversation in which uranium was not discussed because the Niger official was sufficiently sophisticated to think that perhaps he might have wanted to discuss uranium at some later date.

All that the Washington Post article says is that Wilson lied about his wife reccommending him to be the investigator. It is possible that his wife could have recommended him without him knowing it. It then proceeds to trump up a situation that explains how Valerie's identity was accidentally released. Accidentally released by at least three high ranking people in the Bush Administration we have come to find. In the end, it is inconclusive whether or not Saddam Hussein sought uranium and Bush was touting it as a big reason to go to war (he then WITHDREW IT under scrutiny), then members of his administration STILL LEAKED Valerie Plame's identity as we all know that Robert Novak divulged it based on information he recieved from them after Joe Wilson wrote his OP-ED piece about what he DIDN'T FIND during his investigation. He did not lie about that.

Unfortunately I couldn't watch the FOX feed, although I feel it is probably the least credible of the sources shown. I guess my computer refuses to watch FOX too. If you can send a You-Tube link of it, I won't mind debunking that as well.

That feed is perfect Christine. So many "facts" to check and documents to find. I see that the PDF you included is the actual document that Hannity is referring to. You are obviously resourceful. Rebut to come.
