Eight years of Republican administration has left us with a meltdown of our financial institutions, an overstretched military, severely damaged foreign relations, rising costs for basic energy and food, a massive federal deficit, no solution to problems such as social security, medicare, health care, global warming, etc. The family values party has given us an overdose of corruption and moral abuse. How can anyone reward those failures with re-election to the White House?
John McCain chaired the Senate Commerce Commission for 6 years of the Bush Administration before the Senate was taken over by the Democrats.
In that time he voted WITH Bush and along party lines 91% of the time.
By his own agenda and admission he was all for deregulation until now that is.
With the crisis on Wall Street he has changed his tune to something more like Barack Obama.
I want a president with a vision for the future and not one that flip flops on the issues AFTER the damage is done.

President Bush's vetod the State Children's Health Insurance Program (S-CHIP). Bush justified denying health insurance to four million children by claiming that vetoes show he is still "relevant." "That's one way to ensure that I'm in the process," he stated to the press.
What a shameful excuse, hurting little children, to prove his power!

For as low approval ratings, Mr. Bush will go down in history as the worse president ever in the United States, after what he has done to this country!
