I was listening to Tim Russert Wedneday(i think,older I get less I am remembering which days of the week) and he said that if Hillary Clinton wanted the vice presidency spot she would get it whether Obama wanted her or not.Because she has so many supporters and they are so close in the delegate count she could be voted in as the VP even if Obama didnt want her. Russert said that delegates usually vote for the person wanted by the nominee but in this case her support is so strong she would take it.The VP is voted on at the convention the day after the nominee is picked.
As most of you know I am a major supporter of Hillary Clinton,but I dont think the vp spot on a ticket with Obama would work well.Im not voting for him no matter who is on the ticket with him.
What are your thoughts on this ? Do you think it might happen?

No one in their right mind would vote GOP, since McCain and the Republicans have gotten this country into so much trouble. They authorized the war in Iraq, a war which was not justified, will cost the US taxpayer $3 TRILLION ($10,000 PER PERSON), has lost 4,000+ US lives, has not found bin Laden, not found WMD, and is not winnable.
I don't know about anyone else, but I REALLY could have used that $10,000 back in MY pocket!
The GOP are the "New Democrats", having raised the US federal deficit more than any other party/administration in US history. We now owe $9 TRILLION (that's $30,000 PER PERSON).

No seriously. To govern, you need to win first. Obama supporters hate Clinton so much they don't want to see this ticket. But let's be realist. If women are pissed off and stay home, we don't win. Unfortunately, such is the state of the democratic party. Blacks would be pissed off (rightly so their candidate won) or women would be pissed off, not rightly so, women are irrational, we always find out after we say: "I do"
If they try to force it on Obama, it won't happen. All these women activists need to shut up and sit tight. Obama will look up the landscape and if determines that he needs to pull the women vote by picking a woman candidate, he will. It could be Clinton, but it does not have to be. Pick a woman, and give these ladies 3 weeks. They will get over Clinton the minute they realize that woman, is smart, accomplished, without the Clinton baggage. Who needs that baggage?
Now that you have the guy who has no experience, you gonna team him up with the woman who has so much dirty laundry.
Think about the ads. The Rev, Monica Lewinsky, Bill Ayers, Clinton defending the rapist, Lincoln Bedroom, Kazakhstan, ....
I hope they do it.
