First of all, if you think Karl Rove has retired, I'm not sure we can talk rationally. Let me assign you several recent tomes on analysis of the neocon agenda, Rove election strategy, etc., and you go home and meditate on them for a while. Then if you are up to it, come on back and we'll talk.
If, like me, you know that nothing is ever as it seems in Rove World, then please, come on in to Buddy's Barko Lounge, and pull up a stool, let me pour you a tall one, and let's prognosticate on a reason or two he's "retired". Whether he steps into the sunlight as the Republican's eventual fair haired selection's advisor or campaign manager when the dust clears, or he works from home, behind the scenes, you have to remember that the Republican strategy for election 2008 has already been planned, and is already being implemented, and the man that has masterminded all that, isn't going to sit at home and sew doilies with his family as it plays out. Rove is, more likely, stepping down from the Washington scene, to better be able to operate behind them.
So I think it's more than safe to say that contrary to the popular impressions, he's still a player, and anything Rove plays, he plays the dark side of. In his parting whirlwind tour around the punditocracy, he has had a myriad of things to say, many of them lies, but none of them more vehement than his rhetoric on Hillary. Why bother to lambast her, especially now, when the first primary hasn't even been run? In the last primary cycle, for the 2004 election, Rove took a tack, and it had a reason, and now we see it again. This time, hopefully, we won't get fooled again.
If you've been reading my articles lately, by now some things should be starting to become clear to you. If you haven't please read this, and this, and possibly this. Either I'm a wild eyed raging loony, Which I'm not, but some around here will swear I am I'm sure, or a voice in the wilderness, trying to point out some inconvenient truths to all you Hillary supporters, but I'm not counting my converts, yet, by any means, as it would appear that herding Hillary lemmings is no easier than herding cats, at least not for voices in the wilderness. I think maybe the "Dark Lord of Republican Politics" has been much more successful, time and time again. If you would like to join me in considering that things may not be as straightforward as they seem, though, even possibly open your eyes to the light sabre once again hanging over your very heads, please CLICK HERE

And, for the rcord, retired doesn't mean mute. Check your dictionary.
WHO IN THE WHOLE WORLD BELIEVES ANYTHING ROVES SAYS?
Why does he attack Hillary? Easy. His machine WANTS Hillary to be nominated to represent democrats. He knows she is the weakest link and his criticism of her is designed to inspire articles like this. Inspire the minions of left wing kooks who see his insult of this woman as a battle cry and a call to arms in support of one the kooks really didn't care for previously. I pray to God that Hillary gets the democrat nod. I can see why the lefties fear him.....he has been playing political jujitsu on your foolish asses for so long that you have all become traumatized....... I love this:D
Your are absolutely right about the "all smoke and mirrors" prestidigitations of Karl Rove, but he is not acting alone. He has a VERY BIG, VERY DANGEROUS, VERY ORGANIZED GROUP in his orchestra, and he may be the conductor, but I don't think he composed the Opera.
Since when is the LA Times a kook link?, and as for that, anyway, they all beat that lying ass Drudge. As for my article, if you could go to my link, it basically documents his treatment of Kerry exactly the same, for exactly the reason your second paragraph states. What are you even arguing about?, you didn't even know the point of the article, and you're spouting BS. Of course you're always full of it, so.....
Perhaps you should write an article where one doesn't have to click a link to your religious beliefs. No I WONT check it. I too think Donna had it dead nuts until the "check to make sure she had all her fingers after a handshake" crack. Yeah i know it was sarcasm but the hysterical undertones......
"""What are you even arguing about?, you didn't even know the point of the article, and you're spouting BS. Of course you're always full of it, so.....""""
I read this article. No I don't know the point of your links. Until you grow the balls to express an opinion instead of published propaganda.......
That is obviously a cardinal sin to liberals. This is turning into a comedy!:D:D:D
I've told you before, you don't want to read the article and stay on topic, you don't get to play. See you, LOVE Ron
That is still the greatest! I don't need to play. this has to be the funniest line on Gather! LMAO!
No, he is trying to get the Dems to come to Hillary's side by attacking her, as he sees her as the weakest candidate. He did the same with Kerry last time around because he didn't want to have to face Edwards in the general. That's what the article talks about, that they admitted in 2004 using just this strategy to get Dems to rally around Kerry. Sheep.
Karl Rove, you've got to give the man props, he did elevate the game of politics to a new level. He played us, but all he basically is, is a "mind pimp". Pimps are attracted to the weak and the gullible, because they are easily manipulated. Once you learn how to decipher the language of a pimp (called "pimp-speak and lullalies"), it's easy to see it for what it really is. Don't believe the hype, people.
I'm certainly not a Hillary supporter, but I have come to her defense when I hear of people deciding not to vote for her solely for the reason of her appearence or her decision to remain married to a philandering spouse. We simply have to be more informed and make a decision based on better reasoning than that. This ain't American Idol, this is serious.
I've decided NOT to vote for her based on her past achievements (little to none) and the pattern of deception and lack of culpability in the Rose Law Firm billing scandals, Whitewater, etc. She had opportunities to show us what she was working with and I'm not impressed at all.
Hillary just hates his guts because he never came out and ran on his own, sort of like what she's tried to do.
Are you passing along gossip now, as well as disinformation? lol
You Lefties really will say anything to further your agenda, won't you?
Karl Rove's father was gay. The gay press pass guy was gay. Hey wait, I thought you Libs thought being gay was OK? So why are you pointing out all this gay-ness as a bad thing? Do you really think its not OK to be gay? Hmmmmmm............

I've pushed people to the brink in arguments before, but you Ron, are a special case. You've referenced the Nazis before when pushed, but not so much lately. I sense you have nowhere to go with your argument, so you try to drop the equivalent of an atom bomb with your Nazi parallels. You think I admire evil? And now you equate Karl Rove with evil? I think this is where your biggest fault lies - you extrapolate too much. Karl Rove is no more evil than Hillary, Edwards, or Obama. They're just political figures, trying to reshape the political landscape in their image. Rove is just more successful than most, and I know that irks you and your crowd of Lefties.
But when you add the religious aspect to that like many of the far right Evangelicals, that is when we get to the real evil that thinks it is the opposite ... that is real ignorance and a very nasty kind because they SHOULD know better about things eternal and divine ... they are the epitome of ignorance, false righteousness and false piety.
You supporters of that should just come out and let us know the real truth about yourselves ... are you playing games, or do you seriously support the ideology that you seem to ???
I doubt that you believe in a God based upon Love ... if you claim to, you might consider taking another look at the subject.
I sincerely hope you are right about the cheerleader thing. Some of these people seem otherwise worthwhile, but of course, there is no excuse for dancing with the devil in my eyes, either.
Have you both learned nothing about me in all of our long conversations? I don't give a damn about the State, as long as it is continuously whittled down to size.
Individuals and individual behavior are all important. If you want to focus on Karl Rove, at least be truthful and don't spread what you know are obvious rumors and outright lies.
Mr. Rove's success grates on your nerves because he can't be touched. No one has laid a glove on the man, even though many have tried. And phenomenal success like his just pisses you Lefties off until the veins pop out of your heads.
Karl Rove.......seditious acts? Like what? Do you have anything other that off-the-cuff accusations about Mr. Rove?
You just spout a bunch of idiocy everywhere and then think it's funny when others do the research to call your BS, well, here's the deal. Until you make a few intelligent comments that aren't just meant to do that, or taunt, you get no more of my time, you are immature, uninformed and talking to you is a waste of my, or anyone else's time. Go blow on someone else's dime, I'm through responding to your drivel.
Now you're just point-whoring..........
