If you listen closely you can hear people on the set actually laughing at one point. I guess the lesson here is, "don't piss Woodward off?"

Cheney could have just let it go, and been a lot better off, but that's why we love him, he's nothing if not polished and charming. I wonder if Woodward isn't worried the only senior drive by shooter in America will be circling his block? A Ten. This is getting to be a habit, Sean-Paul.

Cheney had to know that his words would be used in the book. He told him about Kissinger (which I think is scary considering Kissinger's history with Nixon). He didn't have to tell him anything at all.

It's like we said during the Nixon campaign: Dick Cheney before he dicks you.
