The war in Bagdad - a need to take Iran out of the Picture

The stakes are big here as there are 3-5 million people in Bagdad. And even tho this appears extreme, it will take Iran out of the picture.

I think you don't understand much about that region.

I have no clue what or how we should deal with Iran. But i will say that their president is a nut case and will need to be dealt with sometime in the near future.

The people of al Qaeda are all Sunni.

It will be best to help the Shi'a in Iraq and take the Iranians out of the supply loop.

The smarter thing to do is to get Bu$h out of the picture --- a lot smarter.

Not all Sunnis are al Qaeda members and not all terrorists belong to al Qaeda...So, how would you propose either of these two groups be treated?

I mentioned that all the al Qaeda folks are Sunni, not that all Sunni's are al Qaeda.

This thread isn't about all the terrorists, it's about taking the Iranians out to the picture in Iraq.

Please be more specific as to what you mean by the "Iranian effort".


Have you seen any satellite photos showing Iran shipping war supplies there?

What has Bush and his "coalition" done to assist them? Must they be subject to Sunni attacks without any means to defend themselves? And aren't Shiia allowed to assist fellow Shiia?

In the leadup to his criminally imperialistic war on Iraq, Bush told innumerable lies about Saddam, WMD, imminent threat of attack, and all kinds of Goebbels' type propaganda that sounds almost comical in its stupidity. In all that time, Bush, like his Nazi predecessors, did not offer an iota of evidence to prove his ridiculous claims.


Today, Bush and his Nazi style regime members such as Condaleeza Rice and others have repeatedly said that Iran has supplied war materials to terrorists in every corner of the world, that it is spreading drugs, is fomenting terrorism and subversion, has stimulated Hezbollah to start a war, wants a war with the West, and is a bigger menace to world order that Saddam ever was even though the record showed he never was one.

As before, Bush has not presented a shred of proof.

Isn't it time for people to finally wake up and to realize that Bush is a criminally imperialistic liar who is intent on world conquest and profit making for his warmongering allies?

When will those of you who support the imperialist come to your senses and demand EVIDENCE to prove his stupid and baseless claims?

I am not saying this to discuss the incompetence of Bush, as that is well known that either he is or he is faking incompetence, it's so bad I don't want to discuss that.

The Iranian suppling effort to the Shiites in Iraq is an effort that the US can stop by suppling the Shi'a in Bagdad themself. Help for the Shi'a in Iraq by Iran, is not needed if the US were to help them. The Shiites in Bagdad are being slaughtered. The US should be the ones helping them, not the Iranians. That's it that's all I am addressing here with this.

If one doesn't think the Shiites in Bagdad are being slaughtered by al Qaeda and the Sunni's and also being helped by the Iranians then I can't help them.

The outing of Valerie Plame cost the US dearly as it was she in the CIA that was running the Iran Nuclear intelligence. There was a fake company that was outed the same time that was set up by the CIA for this purpose and everyone that was associated with that company now is either dead if they were on the Iran side or moved into another operation if they were on the CIA side.

Novak should have been hung for that.
