I 've been poking around here a bit over the past couple days. I think I'm beginning to understand the concept . It is an intriguing place. My one inititial concern is that it could become addictive.

Although it doesn't come naturally, it seems appropriate to say a few words about myself.
I'm a typical 54 year old male baby boomer. I live in Washington, DC with my wife, our teen-aged son and our cat. Our daughter is away at college. I was born and raised in Michigan, but moved here 27 years ago. Aside from my family, my passions are politics, music and the Detroit Tigers -- not necessarily in that order. I also love to ride my bike. In the last two years I have begun to develop a yoga practice.
I look forward to learning more about the site and the opportunities it provides to interact with all of you.

Well my grandfather was from Indiana so I couldn't leave you out there bearing the blame for every polluter in the state!
I'll have to ponder the cultural geography inherent in that question. By what objective criteria would you compare the relative morality of male Bay Staters and Hoosiers born in the first half of the 20th century? :)
I know some people from michigan. At least I can still pick on them about the Lions. ;)
