Call for Books -- Published or Being Written

I would like to utilize the AmericaTakingAction.com National Education Network to provide my Gather friends with an opportunity to promote their books, those that have been published AND those being written, or completed but not yet published.  I learned recently that even when you have an agent, you still need to be heavily involved in promoting your manuscript and getting exposure for it.  One individual has an agent, but they can't find a publisher until the manuscript is more widely accepted, etc.  I understand how that can create a catch 22!

So-- in an effort to help-- I will be creating a page in the Cyberary of the AmericaTakingAction.com National Education Network (url: http://www.americatakingaction.com/cyberary/) titled "Books to Watch."  We will list the books by genre and link them to YOUR website.  This will allow visitors to the Cyberary easy access to your book.  I encourage you to include samples of the book-- perhaps the first chapter-- or whatever you feel will give ATA visitors a good feel for what your book is about.  Of course, if your book is already published you will want to have links so that ATA visitors can purchase the book.  We will also include a vehicle for ATA visitors to share thoughts and reactions to the various books, perhaps in the form of a blog.

There will be no cost for this service and the only requirement is that the books and ALL LINKS on your website be family friendly and appropriate for all audiences.  The websites will be reviewed regularly.
