The kid is at day care and instead of going to pick her up on time she is going to go get dinner first and then go get the kid and they never charge her anyway so why not? Ha ha!
Whose kid? Beats me - but poor thing(apostrophe)s Mom is a not so bright person that does not quite - darn - can not squiggle either! squiggle get squiggle (that was for you, Lynn) the etiquette of using a cell phone in public places like a library.
The keyboard is french and it does not have things in the normal places and I can not type worth a damn and I can not find an aprostrophe and I am cranky.
I waited in a very long and very hot line up for the squiggle priviledge squiggle of paying my tuition and when it was finally my turn, the oh so squiggle helpful squiggle woman first told me I did not owe any money - and THEN once she figured out that I do in fact owe the university money - SHE WOULD NOT TAKE IT.
Full time students are not permitted to pay tuition for courses using Visa. I was full time all of last year and paid using Visa. 3 semesters - so I paid using Visa not once but 3 times. I was full time in September and paid using Visa.
No, you did not. It is against the rules.
Yes, yes I most certainly did.
No, you didn(aprostrophe)t.
Seriously, I just want to pay my bill using the exact same card I used to pay everything else with for as long as I have been here.
I can take a cheque or money order. Or debit.
Who uses cheques any more? And if I were to use a cheque, should I not have MONEY in the account first? Holy jumping what a MORON!!!
So now I have to figure out another way to pay it - or rush like heck to get here in time to go see them with the other debit card next week.
I do not much care for driving up here every Monday to begin with. I am even less happy about having to drive a squiggle little squiggle quicker than the speed limit to get here before the happy little maroons get off at 4:30.
People are SO stupid sometimes. And, so, apparently, are universities. *sigh*
I want my apostrophe and my squiggle back!
Guess I will go sit and sulk in my car until it is time for class. Or maybe I should go get some food. But I am tired and cranky and I really am not hungry right now so.... sulking it is. Or perhaps I will read some of my new textbooks. $255 - for THOSE they take Visa!

Reminds me of the time a bill collector called and said he wanted "a certified cheque for $27,000 or nothing"
Guess which one I picked?
I gave up and asked if I could just pay it over the phone and she said yes and then proceeded to tell me that they would only take credit card over the phone. I wanted to say "Oh, you don't take cash over the phone you stupid #$@)#(@*7er? Come here and let me slap you upside the head". But I didn't. Because I am a frickin saint. I paid got off of there and had a smoke.
They pay these people.
So ... now I am heading to my car to not sulk until my class starts :)
you should check what their written policy is and if they do indeed take credit and for some reason you are being maligned or black listed, get a lawyer...
do you still have the past receipt or credit record when you charged the last semester?
it is proof that that woman in the office is a silly cow..
I have spent the entire day waiting for someone from the real estate office to call me back to tell me what time today she would be here to take pictures. I kept trying to call the office because she wasn't responding to my emails (which was very odd) and the call kept saying it couldn't go through. Finally, at 5 o'clock, the call went through... only to go to voice mail because they are only open till 5. Finally, searching, searching, for her cell number, got it from an old website and called... got her voice mail. Was leaving her a message when she called back to tell me she got fired on Friday. And to apologize for not letting me know.
I forgave her. Sounded like she was having a worse day than me.
take it easy... Blessings...
Plus the lack of VISA acceptance.
Hopefully things will get better for you :)
Vent your anger to them. Use your past experience for a reference. Take proof of it if you have any.
