Well, the PC shop said they'd look at the PC Wed, maybe sooner. They didn't. They said it'd be DONE Wed if not Wed then Friday. Well yesterday was Friday and they were CLOSED. Yeah. Thanks a lot PC shop.
They KNOW 100% of my cash relies on having that PC. They tell us false things. Great. Yeah. I can afford a month long vacation... heh. The bank surely will wait for their money, right? *Sigh* I'll be lucky to pay my bill this month at this rate. So much for paying the bill in full by December. That's impossible now.
I'm on the laptop now.. but commenting on it is difficult as I only have the clumsy track pad and no mouse on this PC. I'm trying to hit some of your content, but until the PC shop gets their act together I'm still stuck. (Boy am I going to suggest - read: pretty much insist - that they give us a discount for not having it done when they said it would be. That PC is my JOB. That's pretty darn important... and yet they still take their time with it. :-(

I'm sorry you're getting bad customer service.
I have known a lot of computer techies, and some of them are good, but a lot are clueless, and only TOJ training. I'd get righteous with them demand a disount, and make thems how you any parts they removed and replaced.
