July 4th is on the way. Of course, it means a lot of BBQ parties, drinks and fireworks, and late night celebrations. Somehow, they are related to burned hotdogs, soda, strong alcohols, and sleepless night with crazy neighbor have late loud parties. I probably will go to a BBQ party this year.
If you are a host of such BBQ party, maybe you could make it healthier for people. Menu can include grilled Tofu, fish, Vegetables, water, juice, desert, and light wine. You can play some low volume relaxing music and tell your guests to throw their plastic or paper cup or plates to the trash after they done, or wash glasses after they done using, so it will save you a lot of energy and time to do the cleaning after. Host your party or suggest your friend to have the party at afternoon. If you know your party will be late and it might bother your neighbor, turn the volume low or close some windows. If these are not helping, why not invite your neighbor over. If they are in the crime, they can't blame you that you did the crime.
