Starting next week, I'm going to be sharing tidbits of my personal experiences following my, 'best that I can be', program including my diet meal plan of the week, how I stick with it or not, which I'm prone more to the 'not' side; also my workout routine, and I will be honest, if I don't do it, you'll know it, as well as other health, wealth, etc things I'm doing. I once made up the motto, "don't preach to teach, show what you know", now I'm going to do everything I can, and believe me, I'm a procrastinator to the nth degree, to practice what I preach. Health:

Those little cents off coupons can add up but--if the coupon is for buy more than you would need, like .50 off when you buy three of the item, skip it and don't buy something just because you have a coupon. A good thing to do is call the manufacture of the products you use, tell them how much you like their product and most often they will send you coupons. Also, check out the website of products you enjoy, coupons often are available there.
Diet:
Sometimes we think we are feeling hungry when actually we are dehydrated and a drink of water will satisfy that craving we have. Flavored waters instead of sodas will reduce calorie intake greatly and lets be honest, fewer calories and more exertion will lead to weight loss.
Exercise:
Quick cardio workout
Warm up for 5 minutes at 3.5 mph
Sprint for 2 minutes (7.0-9 mph) or walk briskly on an incline
Recover for 2 minutes at 3.7-4.0 mph ()
Do 6 intervals total, sprinting for two minutes and recovering for two minutes
Cool down for 5 minutes at 3.3 mph
Fashion & Style:
Minimize your mid torso area by avoiding hipster jeans which will just emphasize anything other than a super flat stomach. Wear higher waisted skirts and jeans.
Beauty:
When selecting foundation make up, daylight is best. I havea friend who asks for a hand mirror at the cosmetic counter, and goes outside to check the sample she is trying. Try several shades close to your skin tone, near the jaw-line, then go outside and check how it looks.
Spirit:

On the beauty one, also do your make up near a window with natural light. Same idea. You dont want to go outside and realize that inside you looked bronzed and hot but outside you look like a oompa loompa
