I AM BACK TO GATHER

Hello and Welcome back my friends.

I am back to Gather.com to share articles, images and videos with my old and new friends. I missed you all my dear friends and those who are more than friends I mean best friends. But, for me you are all my best friends and will remain forever.

I was very busy last week and still, I am in the same condition. I just could check your emails only.

I had been on a trip to my home town and my uncles' town for 4 days and then, I was very busy with my guests who came along. The work is constantly increasing and I have to give more time.

I have also changed my routine this means I have limited my interent usage and more to other personal things, oh, don't worry, I will still be available for you.

One reason to limit my Gather.com activities is that A few weeks ago I had created a group named Gather University and somebody from Gather Guides told me that there was an identical group created by gather.com which would be avaialbel soon and would you refrain from using Gather University name. I said that I would change the name and I did it but the link could not be changed or I would have to recreate a new group and reinvite and republish everything. The indentical group was created by gather guides just three days before my group according to Kevin. Is it my fault to coincide with them, is there any naming policy to create group names, do I have to refrain from it, should I recreate a new group?
Later, I published my 2nd edition of HTML tutorial and within few minutes of publishing, it was flagged by someone as "Other" and was restricted to be viewed by the public. What the hell was there in an HTML tutorial to report, shame. The article is still flagged and you can see it is flagged. Click to view flagged article.
I have reported that to Gather Support, but received no response from them also, Gather is very slow on support and reveiwing flagged material.
That was totally a sloemn disappointment I had ever in my interent life span. I had also stopped to add comments and content for gather.com in a self protest. I am very thankful to Mr. Chip Davis a best friend of mine, who added a comment to that article and it was "Now why the f@#$ would someone flag an article about HTML????? gather is becoming to much for me."
There are many fields in which Gather.com has to improve, especailly email support and flagged content review to quickly resolve the issues. Yesterday, they have announced that Gather is not receiving support queries sent to support@gather.com and they have changed support email to info@gather.com, shame. Gather Guides are not doing as much as expected, instead, they are trying to convince you to refrain. Shame again.

Anyway, It was just a few days protest but I love my Gather Friends and I missed them a lot and I don't know if someone here who missed me the same way. So friends, I am back and a bit changed in thinking gather.com.

In the course of absence, I have created some home videos with cousins and have some beautiful city life pictures and I will post them as soon as possible. So, give me some time to collect all the things to present. I have decided and planned some more special things that will be delivered to you with the pace of time.
