This is all symptomatic of the same problem : unscrupulous, greedy
companies who do everything they can to cut costs to boost their profits.
We see it everywhere. Answering machines, illegal aliens, banks with 4 windows
but only 1 is staffed.
If these cheapos can't afford to run a business properly with people answering the phones, with enough people doing it, and American citizens all, then
I say to you cheapos out there : "Get the hell out of business, and go out and get a job, like the rest of us who can't afford it either".
multimillionaires with capital to start businesses, and hire union Americans at normal
American wages and working conditions.
My Wife called AIG insurance company one day and she couldn't understand the person that answered that call. My Wife after about 5 minutes of talking with this person said "could you please put someone on the phone that speaks better english". The lady hung up on my Wife. I called back and got the same lady. I couldn't understand her either and when I asked to speak to someone else she honored my request. The person she put on the phone told me that they would rather not deal with my Racist Wife on the phone anymore. I hit the F""in cieling and requested to speak to that companies HR (Human Relations Department) They told me sorry we only represent our company employees. I ask the person from HR if they will represent them when I get a Lawyer because I taped the second phone call and the HR persons attitude changed very quickly. My point is the law states that only on of the two people in a conversation has to know that it is being taped and you as the taper is the one. We have to get way smarter than we are if we are going to beat these people at there own game of hiding in the cracks of the law. Just some food for thought.
My English is perfect, and I would have defended the worker she spoke to the Supreme Court.
When U-Haul looses half of there fleet to Mexico they might get a clue. Probably not though.
Whats going to stop them from telling the Uhaul outfit that they are moving to El Centro and drive across somewhere else where some of there homies will let them through for 100 dollars? I know Im being a Skeptic again but with the blatent amount of disregard for our laws whats going to stop them from hiesting a Uhaul truck that will later be used to bring more Illegals Back. Its a viscious circle. Did you read about the Two cousins here in Oregon that raped and killed a 15 year old girl. They were here Illegaly and had our system sent them back she would still be alive. Its to bad our system didn't let the family of the victim have them for a week or so before they are prosecuted. Problem is now we as taxpayers will have to pay for there exhistance for the next 50 years. Somehow that just doesn't seem fair.
In regard to your comment........."We have to get smarter than they are"
Here is an option!!
Join Me In This New Tactic To Fight Illegal Immigration
By Dave Gibson on Aug 08, 07
Though the Senate was recently forced to abandon their destructive plans to grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, our criminal federal officials still refuse to protect our border and in many cases actually encourage Latin American thugs to invade this country. Try as we might, we cannot convince those determined to destroy this nation to protect it. So what do we do?...Sue the traitors!
Cities, counties, and many local law enforcement agencies have brought legal action against the federal government to recoup lost funds due to the added stress placed on them by the influx of illegal aliens. When you consider the fact that illegal aliens account for 30 percent of the U.S. prison population, and that 90 percent of illegal drugs come from Mexico, it is easy to see how much actual damage is being perpetrated against the taxpayers. However, these suits are too few and far between. If millions of individuals use this tactic, the impact will be incredible.
I encourage everyone to bring lawsuits against those charged with the responsibility of protecting this nation's borders, yet who still refuse to do so. The devastation to our hospitals, public schools, emergency services, and neighborhoods caused by illegal aliens is something that harms all of us and deteriorates our quality of life. We can all legitimately seek relief for these damaged institutions in our local small claims courts for the maximum amount allowed in our individual jurisdictions, and the cost to file these suits are minimal.
This is a true grassroots movement, which will be impossible for the federal government to ignore. Unlike our letters, faxes, emails, and petitions, a lawsuit is an actual legal proceeding which must be addressed. Of course, the named defendants (such as Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez) will not show up in court, an attorney will have show up to prevent a judgment entered against the individual or agency.
You can give the following reasons for filing suits:
-actual damages from illegal aliens (to person or property)
-emotional stress (loss of safety, fear of gangs, drugs, etc.)
-loss of employment
-wage suppression
-devaluation of home (after illegals move into neighborhood)
-degradation of your child's education (too many Spanish speaking children in classes)
Imagine coming into court and finding another 20 or 30 of your fellow citizens there for the same reason. Now imagine this scene occurring five days a week in all of the small claims courts across this country!
The following is a list of suggested defendants for these small claims suits:
U.S. Department of Justice
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington D.C. 20530-0001
U.S. Customs and Border Protection
1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W.
Washington D.C. 20229
Attorney General Alberto Gonzales
U.S. Department of Justice
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W.
Washington D.C. 20530-0001
David V. Aguilar
Office of Border Patrol
1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W.
Washington D.C. 20229
Department of Homeland Security

ex:(Arizona)
Leesa Morrison
1700 West Washington St. 3rd Floor
Phoenix, AZ 85007
U.S Attorney Johnny Sutton
Western District of Texas
601 N.W. Loop 410, Suite 600
San Antonio, TX 78216
Certainly, Alberto Gonzales nor Johnny Sutton will show up in court, and the majority of these cases are likely to be dismissed. However, they will have to be handled by attorneys to avoid an automatic judgment and will get the attention of those who encourage the Mexican invasion. My hope is that thousands of these lawsuits will be received daily by federal agencies, turncoat Senators, as well as Johnny Sutton.
This is a call to patriots! Start filing!"

English-speaker says landlord's message is clear
By Geoff Oldfather (Contact)
Sunday, August 5, 2007
"Tom McKenna is a longtime Stuart businessman who speaks only English.
He says that's why he's being kicked out of the storefront on South Dixie Highway where he has run Seacoast Water Care for seven years.
"I don't know how else to put it," said McKenna, 51.
I'm not sure I do either.
On July 5 — the day after Independence Day — McKenna received a letter from landlord Ivan Munroe telling him to consider another location.
Munroe said in his letter he wants to have "quality tenants serving the Spanish need in the area."
"I guess I don't serve the 'Spanish need,' whatever that means," McKenna said.
But all the signs for the check-cashing store and the Mexican restaurant that share the building with McKenna are in Spanish.
Apparently the signs for Seacoast Water Care don't fit in. They're in English.
But what Munroe said about prospective tenants is the real clincher.
"Mexican people come in, you know they're going to stay. You know they're going to pay the rent," Munroe said."
