Arizona Voters Pass Four Important Immigration Propositions [Prop 100, Prop 102, Prop 103 And Prop 300]
Arizona voters have spoken and they did it with a scream. Four Propositions on the Arizona ballot passed with ease in yesterdays election. The Propositions on the ballot include those below. Of particular note is Proposition 300 where the friends and proponents of illegal aliens - including the media - were running out pre-election polls that showed that the Proposition would only pass by a few percentage points. As can be expected a bunch of lawsuits are sure to come from the likes of the ACLU, MALDEF and La Raza and every other group out there who wants illegal immigration to continue. I wouldn't be surprised if the Mexican government voiced an opinion or threatened to take this to the international courts over human rights violations or the like. There is only one fact though, the citizens of Arizona are sick and tired of illegal immigration and paying for illegal aliens and they have spoken loud and clear. Now we'll see if anything gets done. Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano vetoed several bills in 2005 that covered the topics above, but still was re-elected. Now the voters have had their say. Ken--100% AGREE!!!!,..if we could get the rest of AMERICA to follow,...illegal immigration will be in time under control,.....now if the Fed's will just go into that Church in Chicago and get the illegal alien they have,...:o)..oh,..and then send her back to where she belongs AFTER doing some jail time.

Nippy [dishonerable politician] or [criminal accomplice] doesn't have a legal discription either, which both of these you could be convicted of a felony on.
All of these props passed in Arizona-----by over 70%------during the last election. However, they were not being enforced. The sponsors of the props recently took the governor to court (last month) for not enforcing the laws------and the citizens of Arizona won!!!!
Illegal aliens (or illegal invaders) definitely describes them and the situation properly.
Let's see..........Illegal is the opposite of legal. They did not come into the country legally, so that means that they ILLEGALLY entered the country.
Alien-----not a legal citizen/resident or legal immigrant. They are unwelcome invaders into our country.
Yes, the judge that heard the case against Nappy said that it was definitely legal for the people/groups responsible for pushing those props through---to sue her for not enforcing them. That is why the citizens of Arizona won----and now Nappy has no choice but to make sure that they are being enforced!!

Without Inspection) or who has illegally violated the terms of his/her visa.
It is also someone who is employed illegally contrary to the Simpson-Mazzoli Law
enacted in 1986 - federal statute, still the law of the land, whether the dope in the White House chooses to enforce it, or to pretend to do that.
It is also ILLEGAL for boneheads like the mayor of New Haven, CT et al calling
themselves "sanctuary cities" to harbor illegal aliens. These people are facing lots
of trouble in the near future by betting that things won't change. Bad Bet !!!
