Kite surfing at the beach!

My family and I went to the Oregon Coast back in August for summer vacation, How I took my family on vacation for FREE! And I've slowly been posting some vacation photos from our trip...

I feel like I'm so far behind but I'm finally starting to catch back up! I still haven't even shared our summer garden photos or the kids on their first day of school. I'll get there eventually! :)

While we were at the beach we spent an entire day playing on the beach. That's what the kids wanted to do, so that's what we did. We got there at 9:30am and left to go have dinner at 5:00pm. We had lunch on the beach and had a great time. It was a windy day, we were flying our kites and we also watched the kite surfers, wind surfers and surfers for several hours that day.

I would break my neck if I tried to do this but it was sure fun to watch. The kids loved watching them! It was the perfect day for it too!

How awesome -- glad you guys had so much fun and I hope you do it again next year so we can spend some more time together.

I know what you mean about being behind on posting about your life here. I have so many things I want to post about but then it feels daunting so I skip it.
