My children are my animals, but my sister could use the DVD and her son loves cats and dogs.

Elliott loves monkeys! He has had a fascination with them since he started watching Curious George. He even has a Curious George stuffed animal, and that's the only stuffed toy he will play and sleep with.

My niece, Meadow is just beginning to enjoy looking at colorful TV programs....this would be super for a gift. I think she is a Kitty Cat girl. :)

My son loves all animals. He especially loves dogs and bears, though. We have three dogs already (all indoors) and he's constantly asking for another! lol Bears are his favorite other animal, though. We spend a lot of time looking at them every time we go to the zoo, and they are usually the animal he pretends to be anytime he talks about animals (tigers are the other one).

my son loved dogs, he named them all: fech, big daddy, spot, little fech, patrick... and then one day the allergist told us to store them away. they are all in a box in the attic.

my youngest daughter loves hippopotamus'. don't know why!!! it may have something to do with a christmas time song. "i want a hippopotamus for christmas". :)

My 5 year old son loves all animals. He absolutely adored going to a walk through petting zoo/safari place and seeing all the different things. Now my 6 year old daughter was afraid of seeing the lions, tigers, and bears up close and moving around. She wanted to go back to the areas of smaller animals... poor thing.

My 2 year old daughter LOVES miniature goats. Every time we have been around them, she tries to drag them off with her when it is time to leave. At the state fair she walked around collecting the goats, wrap an arm around a neck here, grab a horn there... and walk off to a quiet corner to have them to herself without other kids "hogging" them... LOL.

My 3 year old daughter loves polar bears, seals. We take her to the zoo and she spends hours in the artic ring of life. She loves watching them swim over top of her.. She also really likes turtles

My daughter is all about the cats. Any kind of cats. The older of my boys is a complete monkey boy, but very freaked out by bugs. (That probably comes from an experience when he was two, when a praying mantis kept trying to land on him.)

My younger son is a bug nut. He exclaims over every bug he sees and if he can will catch them and bring them to show me. He's two, and I got him a DK beginning reader book about bugs with part of the borders gift card from the goodnights kit. It's full of big, close-up pictures of bugs and he loves it to pieces. He had me read it to him for hours, packs it around with him everywhere, and "reads" it himself.

I would so love to win this DVD & music CD as my grandchildren adore Barney. And fortunately for me all of my grands love Monkeys the best. I think they like them because monkeys are so cute and adorable and at the same time they are really smart.

My middle son loves elephants. He has tons and tons of elephant stuffed animals, elephant books, etc. Once I took a picture of him lined up with all his elephant stuffed animals.

My kids are pretty well all grown....and most grew up with Barney.
We are now passing on the Barney tradition to the grandchildren. They no longer have cable, and putting in Barney really entertains them, and they are learning a lot.

My 5-year-old niece's favorite animal is a giraffe. It's neat because it's my favorite animal, as well. She's had a stuffed giraffe since she was born and that thing is getting so raggedy, but she still carries it around when she's at home and sleeps with it. When she was younger, she used to call him G-waff! lol. So cute!

My older son is an animal lover who is devoted to our pet cat, Dixie. My younger son loves all animals--he's a curious toddler, and he really loves horses!

I had to ask my daughter on this one to see what her favorite animal is as I never really thought about it. She said a deer and a kitten both:) My sons favorite animal has got to be a dog. He loves them. He gets so excited when we take walks and he sees dogs he will yell "oggy" and laugh.

my kids love dogs,cats ,puppys,kittens, we rescue them then have them spayed and nutered,and love and give them a good home,right now we have 10 cats and 3 kittens,4 dogs,i think its good to teach your children to care for animals ,makes them love everything great or small , thanks

Oh my God, my youngest son is obsessed with Barney!! I've never seen a child freak out over a character like that before.
His favorite animals are still tough to tell because he isn't quite 2 and seems to like them all. He has a special place in his heart for dogs and loves to visit with every dog he sees, everywhere we go. He greets all dogs, big and small and he is so quick to go to them that I have to chase after him and ask real quick if it's a friendly dog- they always are! The dogs sure do enjoy the attention as well! And to play with someone their size is always fun for them :) He also seems to like monkeys since he is always acting like one (he says so)!
My 4 year old daughter likes elephants (somehow she developed a collection of them, though no one ever officially decided that they were her thing) and just about every other animal in existence. She is an nurturer and will even love a bug if you give her the chance!
My oldest son is a cat person and even sleeps with a collection of them (though he'd get mad if I told- he's 8!!).

My son loves his goldfish. That's the only animal that he isn't afraid of at the moment. He seems to like them all until he gets up close and personal with them.

My 3 year old thinks she is a cat! It is so funny to watch her. When I was a little girl I played that I was a cat one day and my mom set out a bowl of mild for me to try to lap up. So I did the same for Patsy. She didn'y get frausterated like I did as a child. She still insists that she is a cat! *Meow*!
