"Away We Go"

I got to see a sneak preview of "Away We Go" last night - the new film featuring Maya Rudolph and John Krasinski. I had heard nothing but great reviews, so I had fairly high expectations - and the movie met them.

This is one of the best films I've seen in a while! It has an awesome cast, a great story (heart-warming, heart-wrenching & funny all at the same time), awesome cinematography and a great soundtrack.

The plot: Burt (Krasinsk) and Verona (Rudolph) are live-in boyfriend/girlfriend (she doesn't want to get married) who accidentally get pregnant. When Burt's parents (Catherine O'Hara and Jeff Daniels) tell them they are moving to Belgium, Burt & Verona decide to take off and figure out where they should live. They visit with family and friends (Maggie Gyllenhaal, Allison Janney) all over North America, trying to see what fits them best.

One great thing about this movie is that I think pretty much ANYONE can identify with Burt & Verona. They reminded me a lot of my siblings, but then at times, his character reminded me so much of my fiance.

SEE THIS MOVIE! It is definitely worth the money.
