The National Black Arts Festival (NBAF) celebrates the arts through education, year-round programs and a summer festvial is held annually (in July) in Atlanta, Georgia. This year's main event is July 20-29, 2007.
The NBAF is a year-round cultural celebration of dance, music, theatre, film, and literary and visual arts of Africa and the African Diaspora. The mission of NBAF is to engage, cultivate and educate diverse audiences about the arts and culture of the African Diaspora and provide opportunities for artistic and creative expression.
