[I]f you have information concerning possible terrorist use of shipping containers to smuggle weapons or other items, you may be entitled to a reward for the information provided. Please email us with your information at containersecurity@dhs.gov.
Man I feel safer already. All that first responders money and DHS money we're spending to make America safe, right?

This is one of my all-time favs. They actually tell terrorists which ports are secure. Which means that they also tell them which ones are not. Feel safe yet?
What I get from this post is that we are so broke from playing war that we have to take from the welfare agencies to protect our ports.
