Good Evening Gather. It's a cold and rainy evening here in Socal. How are things where you are? What are you hoping to do today? I'm hoping to drive down to San Diego a little later and see my grandma. Let us know what you're up to.

It's cold and rainy here also! I don't mind the cold part, in fact I love it! But...I HATE the rainy part! I'd much prefer snow!

it's in the 20s here in Michigan, but no new snow. I guess 18 inches is enough. We went out to dinner and now we're cocooned in our warm house.

My shoulders hurt from shoveling out the mailbox today and I'll have to shovel again in the morning. It is cheaper than joining a gym I guess.

Dan - Make a list of people and ideas of what to get them. That way, you can go to the mall and kind of have an agenda. And go when they open! Less crowds!

My husband and two of his friends and their wives ( alon with me) are going to meet later for dinner !!! We don't go out much so this is our big Christmas get together !!!!!
It should be tons of fun - we are going to a BarBQue place and even though I dont eat meat I LOVE Bar B Que sauce so I usually have fish with BarBQue sauce. I am so looking forward to this ...I'm probably embarassing myself by being so excited but thats me

It's also cold and rainy here. My daughter had swimming lessons tonight - last one until 1/08.

Just sitting on here trying to get myself out of a total funk that I am in. My husband and my oldest (16) son are constantly argueing over the stupidest things. It seems like everything that is said becomes a point of disagreement between them. I just get so depressed hearing it all the time. Sorry for dumping on you. Hope you have a great evening.

Have fun in San Diego.....My husband is from Ventura, and his grandma used to live in San Diego. When I would go out to visit my In-Laws, we would always go down to San Diego. I would always make my husband drive back up the Pacific Highway.

Just work tomorrow and then I am off to Tully North Queensland Australia, You can all go to Google Earth and find it. It will be a 20 hour drive and I will not leave the state and all the roads are good. I will drive most of Friday night to get out of the way of the caravans that travel this time of year.

It was raining yesterday and it was beautiful and over cast today. I had a great day at work today. It was the Winter Festival and all the parents came to watch their children dance and sing. It was excellent and I got a few cards and presents from parents and children. Good times.

It is cold here. WE are cleaning my daughters room and taking out some of the toys she has outgrown while she is away at grandma's we also added two new pieces of furniture, a desk and a cabinet to hold her games. I can't wait for her to see it she will be so excited! As for the toys we took out we will put in a box downstairs, if she doesn't ask for them by summer we will garage sale them!

It is POURING rain here. Just got home from church about an hour ago. All the kids I work with were REALLY wild...I think they all had parties at school today, and were sugared up or something. I came home and packed my bag for the gym so I can get an early start tomorrow, and then I packaged up some of my ebay sale items so I can get them sent tomorrow. Now I am going to spend half an hour on Gather and then get to be. I have been up since 5:30 when my grandsons woke me up. I'm a little tired.

With the time difference yesterday evening we went food shopping everything but the fresh veg which will be done at the weekend, we are going to visit my youngest who lives about 200 miles away at the weekend she is gettting engaged on Christmas Day.
She will not be comming home this Christmas, but will spend it with her bethroved family, but will be with us in spirit.

I can't sleep. I just woke my husband up to make him get me another 2 mg of Klonopin (my meds are under lock and key) I only have an hour before my daughter gets up. I hope I'm not getting manic. I hope I can get a few hours of sleep after my daughter goes to school.

Went to sleep at 7 last night. Love it! Still not sleeping as well as I should be lately. I think it's hormonal. Been waking up during the night more often than I like. I think I'll go back to taking Benadryl at bedtime for a while.
