love lies in the give and take of life, freeing each other to do what we love.

love lies in ed watching lillie, whilst i take the kayak out at dusk - just me and my camera, and my paddle, eyes wide open. this is my favorite thing to do, my favorite time of day, my favorite place. he knows this, and lets me be.

love lies in the warm muted colors of sunset, leaning up against each other at water's edge, murmuring softly while lillie swims in the shallows.

love lies peacefully, content in its ever-expanding knowledge and joyous fulfilment in our lives.

Yeah. Cute ole damselfly. I like it when they conjoin and form a heart. Such symbolic "Damselfly Heat" -- a hit movie in the insect world. Also top notch are the colors of the sky and reflected off the water. Of purple mountains majesty hold NOTHING on these shots...

Jessie, Is that an eagle gliding on the wind currents. All of these photos are beautiful and balm for the soul. I love your lake. It is great that Ed watches Lilly so you can experience this beauty. He deserves lots of extra hugs and be sure to give him one for me for mailing that envelope.

My favorite of all these photos is the second from the last. The colors and textures are awesome. You are one talented lady. Thanks for sharing the beauty of your lake.

Miz Jessie - my sister. These are incredible shots - I mean incredible - both visually and emotionally - you know why - cause you were out there - free and happy - and totally you - just you - love was framing you and your portrait was of a woman happily photographing - these would look fabulous blown up really big - oh I'm serious - I love them...the colour the composition - just everything about them echos beauty.
