In an effort to jumpstart this old utopian flash fiction project, I propose a challenge. If it results in stories, I will propose others. [the results are the reward]
flash fiction challenge story proposition:
In our society our legal system is not based on punishment. We figure out workable regulations and have community councils to hear and mediate disputes. We keep records of our rulings and results open to public review, and work to revise our regulations as seems fitting.
