The premise is exactly the same as your premise for this piece. If I recall correctly, it consists of two people dreaming of each other.
The Rumi poem to which I refer is too long to paste here, but the title is: In Baghdad, Dreaming of Cairo, In Cairo, Dreaming of Baghdad.
