Daily Whine & Shine - February 25, 2008

The time is now.  The place is here.  For what?  For ranting, complaining, stomping your feet, throwing a tantrum or shouting, "Oh shuckie darn!"

But it's also the time and place to shout, "Yippee skippy!" about the good things in life.  There are always some good things mixed with the bad.

My eyes are still bugging me. Thank goodness I did get a pair of glasses when Sears had them for $99. I hate wearing them, though. They don't stay up and I hate the look of glasses falling down one's face. Grrr.

We're supposed to get 6 more inches of snow tomorrow. I think that makes a total of around 150 (not really, just way too much) for the season so far!

Sorry about your glasses...can you take them back in and have them re-bend them at the ears?

I wish you could get more glasses, my sears ones never did stay up either. Stein optical in the mall had a special last week, wonder if they still do.

We're getting snow AGAIN and that just sucks, but so far it's not here. Been a difficult winter health-wise and snow-wise but we will prevail.

I am sad about some personal stuff, but I will get through it and Trust God.
Am blessed with the chance to make more money today and help some people out.
And write some more.

I looked into that, Maria, whatever it's called. Doc says with all of my sensitivities it wouldn't work.

Dry eyes is just one more thing that people with fibromyalgia suffer.

My eye doc has placed plugs in some of my tear ducts. Supposed to make the others produce. It does work. But my eyes are the dryest my eye doc has ever seen. When they did the litmus test - really using litmus paper in the eye - there was absloutely no moisture at all.

I don't have anything to complain about, except that I seem to be incapable of potty training this puppy! Ugh! He is destroying our Pergo floors! Other than that things are good!

I understand about the puppy. We inherited an 8 month old big puppy (like 30 pounds worth) that isn't potty trained. Having a terrible time.

Good luck with Zeus not really any complaints over my way except my stupid sister got arrested last night cause her boyfriend picked up a police officer and slammed him but hey thats not my problem thats hers. she does not have very many brains I guess

Excellent thought! Know what I'm tired of? All the articles on Obama and Hilary about why they shouldn't be elected. I'm already tired of the election hoopla and it's just barely started.

Someone made a remark about the election on here and I have to agree it is getting old now. I am so sick of it like the rest of the world. But on a good note I am good for the most part. Just ready for a vacation. I have considered posting a thing on here about everyones dream Vacation and how much everyone thinks that dream vacation would cost thing is it would not be right to post it if I am not going to join in on the conversation but with my type dream vacation I have no idea of how much a vacation like it would cost me. I am thinking it would be more of a cost than I ever could get the money for in 2 life times.
