The people of this earth entered bad financial times back in November 2007 when Saturn was at 8 Virgo, or square the ascendent of the US chart. Therefore, Saturn as it passes the ascendent and the first three houses of the US chart is at a period of time that some astrologers call the seven years of bad luck. However, this is also a period of learning as a child learns a lot in their first seven years of life. That means that we will have five more years of all this stuff off and on.
Now then what else is going on to make things bad. Well in November 2007 Saturn became opposite Uranus, this is not a good thing financially as Saturn again is teaching us something. These two are slow moving and will remain opposite off and on till around August 13, 2010.
What else, Well?
Well Pluto is entering Capricorn, and as that is an earth sign, and all earth signs are like a dam or a dike which are able to hold things back and is also an individual sign, this will cause folks to hold things back and turn to their forefather for religious and civil ideals that they want to turn back to. This can create problems on many religious fronts. For example the last time Pluto was in Capricorn the United States was created. Therefore, throwing bombs to meet ones religious ideals will not be out of the question at all, and probably should be expected. Oh, yeah Pluto will be in Capricorn for around twenty or so years.

That period of time started June 30, 2001, and ended August 11, 2008.
We have gone past that time and in the US chart and Saturn is now rising which is a good thing.
However, I wasn’t clear enough the date of August 13 2010, which is when Saturn gets past opposition Uranus which started around November 2007 or a year or so ago.
