Yes, I've been blogging today on Tuesday's Lunar Eclipse 4Pis47.
As you know, a Lunar Eclipse is a Full Moon, and this one is Total and will rise over the White House at 6:35 am edt preceded by Saturn 29Leo21. Any 29th degree is a critical or crisis degree and this particular one is conjunct Fixed and Royal Star of Persia, Regulus, in the tip of Leo the Lion's tail.
Regulus' keyphrase: success if revenge is avoided. And that's where the world has gone terribly wrong, imho...revenge is exactly what hasn't been avoided.
Forgiving the unforgivable would be a great help as well if anyone can figure out how.
Anyway, please visit http://starsoverwashington.blogspot.com (if you may) where you'll find links to the Lunar Eclipse timetable for the morning (it's 2:30 am edt right now--sheesh! can't sleep) and there are posts on the upcoming Sept 11 Solar Eclipse which many people are interested in for obvious reasons--it's the Solar Return/birthday of the 9/11 attacks...and it's the day of America's Mars Return, too.
Mars is our activity, energy, and has a two-year cycle which describes a new cycle of activity beginning when Mars returns to its natal degree...in America's case (using July 4, 1776, 5:10 pm LMT, Philadelphia, PA, aka the 'Sibly chart') that would be "22Gemini."
(This tells a lot about a toddler's "terrible twos"--it's a Mars Return, Yall!)
So if you like celestial events, either or both of these Eclipses would be your cuppa tea, and Constant Comment would be my my personal favorite while you're steeping...plus your comments are always invited!
Isle of Ruins (c) Unscene World 1996-2007...sending this one out to the Greek Isles and to Athens, my hometown's sister city:

Thanks- Vivian A. Runaway
I really enjoyed your aretice Jude.
Vivian, thanks for the heads-up and wishing you good fortune! My dial-up is so slow these days, I don't click on any content that has lots of comments already--it would never load (unless I came back to read it tomorrow!)
usman, do you mean only visible in Canada? The SpaceWeather.com site has lots of info, photos, etc.
thanks, Sharon! very kind of you.
Kay, you are so right--Virgo will be quite a different landscape for somber Saturn but the old man is happier there as we know. And that critical 29th degree of Leo has to be done with as well, being cirsis-ridden and all.
Layla, is That what it was? lol!
