When Did You First Learn the Secret?

Have you seen the film, "The Secret"? All the great thinkers knew it! I recently saw the movie and it snapped me out of a serious downward spiral into depression and back into the truth - that I create my reality and so do all of us! Let's Gather and talk about it, to remind each other, and to create the kind of community we know we deserve - one where we are supported as our authentic selves, loved, nurtured, accepted, and stimulated to be our best selves. I did a 360 overnight after seeing the film "The Secret". Why? Because I know absolutely that the secret is true and that it works. I was shocked out of my spiral and have been improving every day since. I recognized what I know is true - that I create my life, my reality, my environment, everything, through the law of attraction. One of the most important things we can do is remember that the law of attraction works whether or not we are conscious and aware that it is working! What we focus on manifests! My wonderful husband and I looked at each other after watching the film and shook our heads, realizing we had both spiraled into negativity. What a joy and a relief to remember that negativity begats negativity. Thankfully, there is a time delay, so, as the Course In Miracles teaches, Choose Again! Choose differently! I recognized that I was feeling and acting like a victim again and had been for some time. I am not a religiously affiliated person, although I am a spiritual person. Jesus said, "I came that ye may have life, and have it more abundantly!" All the masters knew this! Those words are what freed me from the addiction of nicotine and those words remind me daily what life is all about. I am grateful that the secret was revealed to me, over a period of time, and that the film, The Secret, came into my life via the Spiritual Cinema Circle just when I needed it most. It was truly a blessing and a synchronous event. I was severely depressed and concerned about my state of mind. Looking for answers, suggestions, help browsing the internet one evening, I was sidetracked somehow and ended up looking at the website. For some reason, although I had been skeptical, negative, and resistant to any form of spiritual practice or discipline in my worsening depression, I clicked the buttons and bought a membership. Within days I received the film "The Secret", plugged it in and watched it, along with several other uplifting movies, and I feel good today and every day since! By choice, of course. I know the movie arrived in my mailbox Saturday because I asked for help. It manifested almost instantly and definitely not in a form I expected! Today I know that I am responsible for my self and I choose to create joy, abundance, love, and passion in my relationships, my marriage, my work, and play. How about you?
