I imagine that many of us are thankful for our friends and family, but in today's day and age we have less of an opportunity to show our appreciation.
At the end of the day, when putting our son to bed, I always thank him for a wonderful day, and take a moment to reflect on something that made the day special. When we've had a tough day, it also helps me to put everything behind us.
What are some of the things you do? Is there anything you would like to do but don't?
