Before And After: Gideon's Spongebob Drawings.

As many of you know Gideon loves to draw and he loves Spongebob! Back in September I published This photo essay with some of Gideon's more recent drawings. This was the first time he ever drew Spongebob.

Here's his first Spongebob drawing!

Pretty good for a first time effort.

Well months later he got better at his Spongebob drawings. Here's how he draws him now:

No, it appears he only draws Spongebob. Actually Squidward is kinda hard to do. I've drawn him myself.

They're both cute pictures. I love it when the kids draw Spongebob, ours do it sometimes too. We're a family of Spongebob lovers!

kids are so amazing. I loved how my daughter used to draw us like pig people because that is how we looked...what would you see looking up...

Hi Jen ~ Thanks for posting this for us. A monthly redraw will show the improvement level, as well as the perspective that your child has. In the first drawing, SpongeBob is a person with an indefined sponge body. In the second drawing, SpongeBob is a Sponge, and inside is a person.

thats great. How old is he? I have a 10 year old girl who was just drawing spongebob characters this morning, she does great on spongebob and patrick and gary the snail, but she cannot draw squidward to save her life. :-)
