I'm here to have fun.

I'm here to share and view beautiful photographs.

I'm here to be supportive of those who need a shoulder to cry on.

I'm here to share and find out about really good deals.

I'm here to possibly learn a thing or two trivia wise.

I'm here to see what people like to read, watch and listen too and how they compare to my likes and dislikes.

I'm not so uptight that I won't look at something flagged "for adults only"

There are a lot of beautiful and diverse personalties here on Gather.  And not all of them are from the U.S.

I really enjoy hearing about different cultures in different parts of the world, it's very fascinating.  Especially since I've never been out of this country, except for a few minutes across the Canadian border a few years back.

What I don't enjoy, are political and religious rantings from people that seem to enjoy mongering hate an fear.  For this reason I have disconnected from a few people, because it seems that that's what they like to do best.  One even called me paranoid.  Yes I'm so paranoid that I have no problem showing my real face and my home on line.

I am here to have fun.  Though sometimes, we will share tears because of real life situations, a death of a loved one, the loss of a job, etc.  We also share the joys that go with it, the birth of a child, buying a new home, etc.  Real life is what it's all about, even the silly lil games that are played.

So, I don't mean to offend anyone, but if more than half your content is political hate/fear based posts.. I've disconnected or will disconnect.

I'm here to have fun, and that ain't fun.
