I was just wondering if anyone has ever gotten hurt at an amusement park, or does that just just happen to me? I have severly bruised ribs and sternum from a slip and fall at Cedar Point on one of the rides.

No, Pher, I've never personally been hurt. I passed out on a roller coaster at Worlds of Fun in Kansas City (The Orient Express, anyone remember that one?) when I was a preteen. Came to as we were coming back into the station...no memory of the ride after about the middle of that first huge hill! Probably better that way!

Broke a growth plate in my foot on Thunder Canyon. Seatbelt came undone when we hit the side and the inside of my foot hit the bar.
Yes....at Dutch Wonderland in 1986 ..going down that giant slide I banged up my hand..then 1997...same slide- my daugher got hurt.
IN 2005 my youngest broke her foot in Water Country....I did not sue..just asked that they pay for Medical bills and we traded the one day passes for a season one(and paid the difference)
