Getting others to join is a great way to add points. And don't forget to comment on other people's content. Not only do you get points but they might respond by commenting on your content.

How does the points work. I do write comments and I do write my own articles but I seem to get one or so points for doing these things. I see everyone who are doing real well and I am glad for them. I just wonder about the point system. I write on mylot and make very good money there but here I am not seeing much.

Well, first of all, don't give up! Keep making more connections because then they began to get familiar with your name and are more liable to answer your articles if you do the same and answer theirs! Also if you form groups you get points. If you write articles or answer articles with comment you are making points. The way I hear, this weekend is triple points weekend??? Think up catchy titles to your articles too. The list goes on and on ~ but I know with myself and I believe a lot of folks it starts out slow like this! I just joined in Feb and am already waiting in the mail for my 2nd $25 Home Depot card! If you ever put out freebies articles I usually answer those!!

Dawn, you need more exposure! I see you only posted this article to 5 groups! The more groups you post to the more chance of people getting to see it!

I only join groups that I have an interest in. Some of these groups are monitored and it is hard to decide who gets what articles. What I think go there doesn't. How do I decide what groups to join? Are some better than others?

Dawn, I have found that when I comment on other's articles well I am blessed with their comments on mine. I don't do it for that reason but it is a special gift. Maybe you're worrying to much about the points and forgetting to have fun.

One hint I can give you is that when I find a person whose work I enjoy I see what groups they list and check them out.

Also, it is my understanding short comments don't count as much as the longer ones.

I mostly like to comment on stuff and post a few articles and some images every day. I especially like looking at the images people upload and commenting on them. Also, it is important to have fun on the site.

Comment, comment, and comment and you will earn points galore because usually then people will comment on your articles, too, and you'll both earn points.

I'm a veteran, have been here for almost 16 months, comment, comment, comment. I make it a rule, if my connections NEVER comment on my articles, like I do for them, I delete them and move onto others that appreciate it.

I comment on my connections and outside I started a group which makes it easier for me to keep up with thier posts. Play games and have fun. Sometimes I think I'm connected with someone and I wasn't. Inite. and grow your connections.

I have tried to play word games but it did not work. I have just went and increased the groups I belong to but I am affraid that I won't be able to comment on everything that I am joining. I am going to try.

I am new to this and I would like to earn points as well, I wrote an article about being "injured on the job, in pain, what now?" I do not know if I posted it corectly or not, and I started a groupg about it as well. I want to upload a photo,but I don't see how that is done.Can any one help me out here?

I know how it feels to be a very new person. You must keep posting as well. I just went in and commented on your post. If you like drop me a line when you post and I will gladly comments. I try to go into my friends list once a week and post to a minimum of two articles that they personally have posted. The girls on here have helped me a lot and I am sure they will help you as well. I have joined tons more groups and hope that it helps. Good luck
