Help, I'm Baaaaccckkk and Drowning in Group Invites etc.

Okay, I'll admit I was a tad addicted to Gather. My husband was threatening divorce. Just kidding but I did need to take a break and get some work done. Gather rehab was the only solution. No voting, no posting, no comments.  Nada. Cold turkey.  Besides, did you really need another Gather Gnome Adventure story or a photo of my Siamese cats Merlin and Coco? 

 So, what lured me back? What proved better than catnip? The new Gather writer contest. It's a chance to have a novel published. Good timing, I just finished a novel. Hmmm coincidence? I think not.

Being back on Gather, meant checking my mailbox. WTF, 108 messages, 37 invites to new groups, a gazillion connection requests.  It's nice to feel wanted. I did enjoy connecting with every single person in my network and leaving comments as my holiday season gift. But enough already. Slow down, give me a chance to get back into the groove. I have lots of great new pics to post and I really did miss some of you.

One more thing, please don't get pissed when I sent you a message to read the first chapter of my novel DREAMBOAT 'kay?  You might actually enjoy it! Caribbean cruise, adventure, mother/daughter angst, a French chef whipping up romance and chocolate. What's not to like?
