A new Quinnipiac University poll finds Florida Republican voters prefer former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, 46 percent, to Arizona Senator John McCain, 25 percent, for the 2008 presidential nomination.
Florida Democrats prefer New York Senator Hillary Clinton, 44 percent, followed by former North Carolina Senator John Edwards, 17 percent, Massachusetts Senator John Kerry, 10 percent, and Delaware Senator Joseph Biden, 8 percent.
In head-to-head matchups, Giuliani leads Clinton 49 - 42 percent, while McCain tops the Democrat 48 - 42 percent.
The poll was conducted May 15 - 22 and has a margin of error of +/- 3 percent.
Does the Giuliani advantage demonstrate a preference for executives over legislators?

Thanks for the info. We need more reliable survey data and some of it should be from abroad. It would be interesting to find out what foreign folk think about the next group of persons that might 'lead' this great nation of ours!
