Sheryl, in 2004 the phrase used by Bush wasn't inhumane, but "inhuman" . . . which is likely one of the first times he spoke in terms I agreed with (as to his choice of adjectives. Interestingly enough . . . the adjective was used to desrcibe a practice (torture) which is singularly human in nature). The waterboarding (used to be called water torture) was upsetting and offensive. People die from that.
