Get your motor running... or not

The conventional story when it comes to gas prices and the vacation season goes like this:

1) The vacationer decides to curtail their plans.
2) The resort/hospitality person frets about reduced business.


But my guess is that there are probably some unconventional stories when it comes to vacation plans in the brave new world of $4-a-gallon fuel.

So I ask you, dear reader, what's your story? Why don't you share it ... and maybe help public radio audience in on it.
