I was tagged by ♥Krazy Kyra ....something about "5 things about me" - and you fine folks get to figure out the one that is a bunch of hooey! Okay....here goes:
1. For two years I studied Esperanto in school, certain that it would become the International Language which we would all be speaking in the future.
2. I am 5'9" - I reached my height in 4th grade! So, naturally, I played center for my high school girls basketball team.
3. Twice I have been soaring in a sail plane, and rode in the Goodyear blimp once.
4. I had a very tolerant cat when I was a young child: he didn't move a muscle or even meow when I drove a large diaper pin through his paw and into the couch. . . so he wouldn't run away, of course!
5. My prize for winning a contest on the Wallace and Ladmo show was a free pizza every day for a year! (yes....I still like pizza!))
Have fun. I am procrastinator by profession...so I might - or might not - get around to tagging someone else. How about this...? If you want to play, and have not been tagged by a buddy...go ahead and take a swing at this little excercise. There...I guess I just tagged EVERYONE!!! = )
Thanks to my friend, Kyra.....Krazy, Krazy Kyra!

Let's see now..which is a FIB?????
My kids would love it if we had pizza every day for a year. LOL I love pizza but that might be a bit much for me. LOL
I think I'll go with #1.
Esperanto for two years...yes, indeed. I was sure that Esperanto would be the wave of the future.
Pizza every day for a year...ended up with a freezer full of 'em! Ate every one - in time!
And all I can say about # 4 is...guilty as charged. Poor Kitty.
Soaring and blimping...both about my speed. Can hardly wait to do either on again.
Great post!!
I did show up to comment and vote but I was just another loser.
pj
Well, pj...my family and I ate every one of those pizzas! And even tho you are a bit late to the actual game...sounds like you had fun playing anyhow...yes? Glad you did.
Joy....Esperanto -- where has that gone? It does sound a bit unbelieveable. We must have had some very forward-thinking teachers then. That was back in 1966-1968 when I took those classes. Ah - we were going to change the world.
Lori and Jimmy U - I wish I could say that #4 was the fib....poor kitty. My older sister still loves to tell that story on me.
