G.R.I.T.S. Calling for Articles

Greetings Folks,

In an effort to recruit new members to my G.R.I.T.S. (Girls Raised in the South) Group as well as to get some new Southern articles, I'd like to ask you to submit articles about your favorite Southern Authors, Your favorite Southern food, Your favorite Southern Movie, favorite Southern Building, Southern City and your Favorite Southern Music. Also, I'd love some Southern Photographs. If you're not a member of G.R.I.T.S., please join. Current members, please stick to the guidelines. I'm sorry I have had to remove certain articles that I felt didn't fit the group. You may also write about your favorite southern relative. Thanks very much. Salud.

So does this mean my photos of the glory of Arkansas would be welcome in your group? Hmmm, I think I can come up with something..... The only Southern recipe I have is for really easy sausage gravy - I had to learn that one since Deb was devastated when she found out that biscuits and gravy are not a staple on the menus of Boston breakfast spots.

Oh I would love it if you would publish them! Thanks Miz Tonia - I'm sorry I haven't been back to comment further about your new book. I'm excited for you! I've been at this ten years so don't hesitate to ask questions, you just have to find what works for you. I'm doing pretty good right where I am regarding the publishing. More on that later! Pam, click on Mariana's icon then on her groups, then hit the drop down to groups owned. It should pull up it up for you. Click on the group and when the page goes there you should see a "Join" button. :)
