Pain is a marvelous muse. I have often had it take my hand and lead me to create. My heart goes out to you, Ky, and I tell you that this will pass... so easy to say, so hard to do, but it will be done and you will be a stronger, deeper, more caring person for it.
A good poem, full of your open, honest pain. Thank you for sharing.

Kyle, I felt your heart shake in these lines. Your sadness reverberates through your words. I wonder if you have considered this particular piece as lyrics to a song -- could be rock, blues, or ballad. It really felt like rock to me as I read it, which is a little harder for me to relate to musically. Thanks for sharing. mag

You have to love the beauty that soul wrenching pain produces....
As if your gift just is and flows as it knows itself to be.
You can not reproduce such emotional torrents.
