Keystone Lake Trip

We took a day trip to Keystone Lake Park, which is about an hour outside of Pittsburgh in Westmoreland county. Like any state park in Pennsylvania, it's very scenic. The lake isn't the largest by far, but has some very good fishing.

I remember visiting Keystone a long time ago with a bunch of fellow grad students. I enjoyed it very much. Can't remember if that was the trip we stayed in the rustic cabins (i.e. very few amenities!) or not. I remember how impressive the many stars in the night sky were--far more than can be seen in the city! There's been a lot of development along Route 22 since then; I wonder if the view is so good any more.
