Have you ever lost your appetite? I mean for months. Food is repulsive. Foods that I used to love now I can't even look at. I had some homemade pizza the other night, and the edges spilled over. They looked like fingers, so I lost my appetite. I'm getting beyond fussy. I can't eat. I'm not hungry and have lost 40 pounds. At first, I thought that was good, but now, it's not fun anymore. My family likes the same foods, and I just wrinkle my nose. Is it a disease? Help?

I understand your unease and can offer you nothing in the way of advice. There are many sites on the web that answer medical questions, have you tried any of them?
i also can't eat anything ranch flavored after spilling a 5 gallon bucket of the stuff on me when i worked for TGIFridays. it's been since 1992 and i still can't touch the stuff.
then there was the time i lived in connecticut and couldn't stomach anything except milkshakes for months. (also right after i stopped working for Fridays). for me it's about smell that keeps me from eating a lot.
