I was a new mother in 1976. I had a newborn baby, a toddler, and the United States had just had a private in the army die of what the government called, the Swine Flu. Americans panicked, and I as a new mother was terrified. President Ford decided to offer innoculations. I took it. I was fortunate. I almost died, but didn't. I was close to death. I lay in bed for days weak and lifeless. My husband had called the doctor who wanted me hospitalized. I refused to go. I wanted to die in my bed. My husband tried to wake me, but couldn't. He kept calling my name. I remember and told later,
I was cold and down in the ground. I lay on a wooden plank held by chains freezing and my back hurt from the boards. I could hear my husband's voice. The chains would jerk and I would come up a little each time he'd call my name until after several times I jerked awake. I didn't want to come up. He says I came up angry, and he cried and my best friend was there, and they were both crying. I didn't know why they were crying. I only knew I hurt.
I wouldn't get the swine flu vaccine if offered again. The only one who died from the swine flu was the one 19 year old private, but many more, either died, or suffered as I did from the shot.

glad you were ok in the end
There has been a lot speculation that the Swine flu was manufactured and done on purpose, I don't know but when I hear reports, I think back to the Anthrax illnesses. Could we be looking at a new way to attack America and Americans?
